Appetizers


Yam Fries $8
Crispy yam fries topped with shaved parmesan and served with chipotle dip.


Chicken Wings $11
One full pound of breaded, baked, then crisped chicken wings. Tossed in the sauce of your choice; Hot, Salt Pepper & Lemon,
Sweet Chili, or BBQ.


Ginger Beef $11
Tender beef strips prepared in a soy-ginger marinade, lightly breaded, cooked crisp and sautéed with vegetables and hot peppers.Finished with a black honey sauce and served on steamed rice.


Jalapeño Poppers $11                                                                                                                                                                                     Three fresh whole jalapeño peppers stuffed with a blend of cream cheese, bacon, chives, lemon and parmesan. Tossed in our housemade Guinness beer batter and cooked crisp.


Calamari $12                                                                                                                                                                                                     Baby squid prepared in a garlic-lemon marinade. Lightly breaded and cooked crisp. Served with fresh cucumber and chili dip.


Crab and Shrimp Dip $13                                                                                                                                                                                 Blue crab, shrimp and bacon mixed with cream cheese, lemon, garlic and chives. Baked hot, topped with mixed cheese and served with naan bread.

Skillet Scallops $13
Three succulent fresh scallops pan-seared to a light crisp. Finished with a sage and chai cream sauce, balsamic reduction
and a fennel salad garnish.


Steamed Mussels $13
Fresh PEI mussels sautéed with chorizo, garlic, green onion and cilantro. Served in a light tomato broth.


Nachos $14
Fresh tortilla chips loaded with roasted corn, olives, tomatoes, peppers and sautéed Cajun ground beef. Topped with a melted
layer of mixed cheese and served with sour cream and salsa. Add housemade guacamole; $2

Our spin on a classic. Crisp romaine hearts and croutons tossed in a light Caesar dressing, topped with
shaved parmesan and bacon bits.


Spinach Salad $12
A mix of wild mushrooms, fresh spinach and red kale sautéed with white wine and butter, then plated on our house
blue cheese dressing and balsamic reduction.


Lentil Salad $13
Warm red and green lentils tossed with fresh spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, sprouts, and candied walnuts. Dressed with
a sesame-ginger-cilantro vinaigrette.

Steak Sandwich $16
8oz Flat iron steak charbroiled to your liking and covered in sautéed mushrooms, onions, bell peppers and shaved parmesan. Served on a French loaf rubbed with a herb garlic butter.


Cashew Lentil Burger $13
Housemade cashew, lentil and vegetable patty pan seared and served on a whole wheat bun with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, sprouts and a cucumber chili aioli.


Silva Bay Burger $14
6 oz housemade seasoned patty pan seared in bacon drippings. Served on a sourdough bun with fresh lettuce, tomatoes,
red onion, roasted garlic aioli and gouda cheese.


Fish & Chips one piece $13 two piece $17
Alaskan grey cod dipped in our housemade Guinness beer batter and cooked crisp. Served with lemon, house tartar, fennel, coleslaw and your choice of fries or salad.


Chicken Pot Pie $15
Traditional pie crust and puff pastry, loaded with roast chicken, peas, carrots, onions, celery, and corn. Baked golden and served with a made-from-scratch chicken gravy.

Rib Eye Steak $23
9oz of Canada’s finest beef rubbed with herbs, cooked to perfection and drizzled with a rich demi-glace. Served with
roasted-garlic-rosemary mashed potatoes and steamed seasonal vegetables.


Rack of Lamb $25
Tender Canadian lamb rubbed in Moroccan spices, cooked to medium and finished with a creamy leek reduction and lamb jus. Served with roasted-garlic-rosemary mashed potatoes and steamed seasonal vegetables.


Lentil Curry $16
Red and green lentils sautéed with garam and tandoori masala, cilantro, garlic, ginger, onions, zucchini, carrots, cabbage, cream and butter. Served on steamed basmati rice with naan bread.


Agnolotti $20 Vegetarian option $16
Your choice of chicken or prawns, sautéed in a sage and white wine cream sauce. Tossed with roasted butternut-squash agnolotti, fresh basil, vine ripened tomatoes, shaved parmesan, lime zest and roasted garlic.


Bone-In Pork Chop $19
11oz pork chop pan-seared, braised and finished with caramelized onions, fennel, and mushrooms. Served with
roasted-garlic-rosemary mashed potatoes, steamed seasonal vegetables and housemade pork gravy.


Roast Chicken $17
